About This Project

Problem:
Saima Builders, one of Karachi’s most recognized real estate developers, wanted to generate qualified leads for two of their flagship projects at HMR WaterfrontSaima Tower and Saima Marina Residence. Despite the scale and luxury of the projects, the challenge was to reach high-net-worth individuals digitally and drive meaningful inquiries in a competitive luxury real estate market.

Solution:
We designed and executed Meta lead generation campaigns tailored to each project, highlighting their unique selling points:

  • Saima Tower – A Ground + 40 storey residential project facing the sea at HMR Waterfront. Campaigns emphasized its ultra-luxury apartments, townhouses, and penthouses with infinity pools, as well as world-class amenities.

  • Saima Marina Residence – A Ground + 40 floor luxury residence offering modern apartments with panoramic sea views. Campaigns focused on its sophisticated living experience and premium design.

Our strategy combined high-conversion ad creatives, precise audience targeting, and lead forms optimized for quick inquiries, ensuring the campaigns reached the right buyer demographic.

Result:
The campaigns generated a consistent flow of qualified high-value leads for both projects, reducing cost per lead while maximizing ROI. Saima Builders strengthened their digital presence in the luxury real estate sector, with both projects gaining visibility and attracting serious investor interest.
